After finishing the engine build, I did some of this:
I am hoping to finish the rear suspension this year
Aligned the wheels before transport:
Car back home and dirty:
Interior:
After lengthening the traction arms same amount as I had done to camber arms to minimise rear bumpsteer, I had to roll the fenders because it was rubbing:
Did the sleepy eye mod:
Designed and fabricated new knuckles:
Wisefab strut relocation brackets:
Installed the stuff:
60 degrees of steering angle:
Flat contact patch, static camber is close to 0 but I will increase it to 2-3 degrees negative
Lower arm angle leaves even room for lowering:
Currently it is setup max height for not making contact between knuckle and lower arm
These are now for sale:
Currently engine overheating problems are preventing proper testing of the new front suspension and re-setup rear suspension. I have replaced the waterpump, tested the thermostat but it even overheats at idle, might be the headgasket
